Ed - I am SO glad to hear your mom is doing better. I know how hard it was for you not to leave and go see her, but I know I felt better knowing in lieu of being with family, being with friends could help.

Seems we've shared a lot of the same memories and highlights from the Expo, getting to see you again in person is of course one of mine! I'm lucky to have you as a friend! You are amazingly dedicated to the art and the most genuine person I know.

    Until next year.... xoxo Lynette

Ed, first off... it was so crazy to run into you after following you on Twitter - when I wasn't really following anyone.

Knowing about your Mom though... I know how it is. And I am so happy to hear she is doing better.

You are a great guy and New Media is lucky to have you.

    Cheers,
    Betty

Thanks for the kind words. The pleasure was all mine. Meeting so many great folks was the best part of my trip to the left coast.

Ed, It was great seeing you at the PME - funny thing, you live what, 30 minutes from my house, and I see you more during events which take place out-of-town. Same goes for Rob Walch.

I'm glad that your mother is doing better - after you Twittered, I moved you up to #1 in my list of people to seek out.

    Free hugs forever, bro.

THanks for the thoughts on the Mash - the podsafe version of the show is up on both Accident Hash and TPN Rock (www.tpnrock.com)

If by "trailblazer" you mean "guy who's just trying to figure out how to eat on a semi-regular basis", then yes indeed, a trail I was blazing. I really had fun talking with you, though, both at the Expo and on the plan to Vegas. =)

Thanks, Ed, for sharing these words. So glad your mother is doing better.

I've heard it said that podcasters are the loudest bunch of introverts, btw.
